Hard to say so far. I’ve got two ratings on Amazon, both from friends, but one is a great C# programmer and genuinely likes the book and has used it already. Sales could take a while to ramp up (C# 4 isn’t out yet, after all).
On Bing we use C#, C++, and whatever else we need.
