Because you mentioned that you are using both Subversion and BugTracker.NET, just  FYI that versions 2.5.9 and coming this weekend, 2.6.0 include big improvements in the Subversion integration feature.

Integration means that when looking at a bug, you can drill down and see what lines of code you changed to fix that bug.</description>
