I actually used the beta of Word 2007 to do it–send me an e-mail via this site, and I can send you the Word document…if I can still find it somewhere…

Good job on the cheat sheet. If you don’t mind me asking, what did you use to typeset it? I’m wanting to make a similar cheat sheet for the emacs keyboard mapping scheme.

Select Word Ctrl + W
that does not work in VS .Net 2005

Ctrl + W in VS 2005 is taken over by Window as
now you have

Ctrl + W,C display class view
Ctrl + W,D code definition window
